I had high hopes for my stay at the Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa due to its beautiful grounds and potential, but my experience fell short in many areas. Although the staff were incredibly friendly and hard-working, the cleanliness and dining options left a lot to be desired. The detailed attention to guest comfort didn’t seem to extend to the food quality or upkeep of the facilities, making my stay less enjoyable than I had anticipated.
We had a blast at this hotel, especially enjoying the various activities and the beautiful setting. While the food had its highs and lows, the overall experience was enriching and engaging, particularly due to the excellent animation team. However, the distance to some amenities could be inconvenient, especially during hot weather.
My stay at this resort was quite the rollercoaster! On the plus side, the animation team was entertaining and definitely kept the atmosphere lively, and the pool was enjoyable, albeit a bit crowded at times. However, the service left much to be desired, with long queues at bars and a rather unhelpful reception. Additionally, while the food had some highlights, it could definitely improve with more variety.
Our stay at the resort was quite enjoyable! We loved the stunning sea views from our room, but the rooms felt more like a 2-star quality rather than the 5-star experience promised. The dining options were a mix; while some meals were excellent, there were occasions where choices for children could be improved. Overall, a good value for money experience, especially considering the warm and engaging atmosphere created by the staff.
